Noorizah Hj Abd Hamid, a Malaysian aged 50, was appointed as the Managing Director of PLUS Expressways Berhad on 1 April 2007. Prior to that, she was the Managing Director of Faber Group Berhad (Faber Group) from 17 March 2003. She was also the Managing Director of Faber Hotels Holdings Sdn Bhd since 3 August 2002. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Central Michigan University, United States of America. |

She was posted to PLUS as Senior General Manager, Finance in 1997 before assuming her designation as the Chief Operating Officer of Faber Group on 9 August 1999. During her tenure in Faber Group she has also been appointed as a Director of various subsidiary companies of Faber Group. |

Currently, she also sits on the Board of Commissioner of PT Lintas Marga Sedaya, Board of Commissioner of PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways, PEB's subsidiaries in Indonesia, Board of Directors of PLUS BKSP Toll Limited, a subsidiary of PEB in India, Board of PLUS and Board of Konsortium Lebuhraya Butterworth-Kulim (KLBK) Sdn Bhd and Director of TERAS Teknologi Sdn Bhd. She is also the Executive Director of Expressway Lingkaran Tengah Sdn. Bhd. (ELITE), Linkedua (Malaysia) Berhad and PLUS Helicopter Services Sdn Bhd. |

(PLUS) in 1989 as

In PLUS, his
career shifted from
IT to management of
operations, as
Senior Manager of
Toll Dept from 1994
and then General
Manager of PLUS
Operations in 1996.
His career
progressed in
January 1997 to
managing companies
involved in
maintenance
operations and
facilities
management, namely
Faber Mediserve Sdn
Bhd (FMS) as the
Chief Operating
Officer. Thereafter
became its Managing
Director from 2002
until June 2007, a
company undertaking
the facilities
management of 75
public hospitals
distributed over 6
states in Malaysia. |

Tajul hold a
position as the
Chief Executive
Officer of Projek
Penyelenggaraan
Lebuhraya Berhad
(PROPEL) for 3 years
from July 2007 until
September 2010, a
company whose
current main
activity is the
maintenance of major
highways in

the 973-kilometre
length of
inter-urban toll
expressways. |

Ir Mohd Zulastri, 47, is the General Manager and Head, Maintenance & Development Division. He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Board of Engineers and a Corporate Member of the Institution of Engineers, Malaysia. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and a Masters degree in Business Administration. He has five years' experience in engineering consultancy and 16 years in operations and maintenance of toll expressway services. |

Ir Zulastri joined PLUS in 1991 as a Construction Engineer for the Kuala Lumpur-Seremban third lane widening project. He later became Head of the Project Management Department in 1997, and Southern Region Manager in 1998. From 2001 to 2005, he led the Toll and Maintenance Monitoring Department. Ir Zulastri was promoted to his current position in 2006. He was appointed as Director for TERAS Teknologi Sdn Bhd on 2010. |
